We went back and forth on the details because, as simple as a design might look, getting everything to sit right takes a bit of work. Pink, Quilted and a Little Playful
The pink crinkle cotton gives the tote its colour and texture, while the quilting adds that padded shape. The white flap breaks up the pink and gives the message room to stand out.
We went with these details because they felt right together. The colour brings the fun, the texture adds character, and the words give you something to look at twice.
Getting the balance right takes some figuring out. Sometimes a small change in the placement of the words or the shape of a detail can make the whole design feel different. We wanted to keep it simple, but not so simple that it lost its personality.
