a. How long will my order take to reach me?
We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days, unless the item has been marked as ‘pre-order’.
Once dispatched, delivery takes:
- - 3–5 working days for metro cities
- - 5-7 working days for other locations
Please note: delivery timelines are approximate and may vary slightly based on your pincode.
b. Need it sooner?
We offer express shipping on request for select pincodes. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines, most express orders to metro cities arrive within 1–2 working days.
- - Express shipping is available at an additional charge of ₹200
- - Orders must be placed before 12 PM noon to be dispatched the same day
- - Availability depends on your pincode and courier serviceability
However, To request express delivery:
- - Place your order as usual
- - Email us at orders@precisofashion.com with your order number
- - Our team will confirm availability and share a payment link or UPI code
- - Once the express fee is paid, we’ll dispatch your order in the next available slot
Please note: We’ll do our best to get your order to you quickly, but delivery within 2 days is not guaranteed. As this is a speed-based service, refunds are not applicable in case of delays.
c. When will I receive tracking details?
A tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp and email once your order is booked. You can also track it anytime via the “Your Orders” tab in your profile.
d. What happens if I’m not available to receive my order?
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver. If you miss an attempt, you may receive a message or call to reschedule. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping is possible upon request with an additional charge of ₹120.
e. What if my order says ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received it?
Please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery update. After this window, it may not be possible to escalate the issue with our courier partners.
f. How much does shipping cost?
- - Free shipping on all orders above ₹500
- - A ₹50 shipping fee applies for orders below ₹500
g. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, we offer COD at an additional charge of ₹120
h. How can I pay for my order?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking options for a smooth checkout experience.
i. Is my pincode serviceable?
If you’re unsure, feel free to email us at orders@precisofashion.com. If your pincode is unserviceable after placing the order, we’ll issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.
j. How will my order be delivered?
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your package is delivered with care, and tracking is shared at every step of the way.
k. What if I entered the wrong shipping details?
If you've accidentally entered incorrect address or contact information, please reach out to us as soon as possible by emailing orders@precisofashion.com. While we’ll do our best to help, updates may not always be immediate, especially if your order is in transit.
Our shipping partner requires up to 24 working hours to escalate changes, and address updates are not always guaranteed once the package is with the courier. We’ll support you in every way we can, but we recommend double-checking your details at checkout to avoid delays or return-to-sender situations.
